Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to finance, procurement, HR and operations departments.
- Ensure the company and employees are fully compliant with Surinamese laws and regulations by fulfilling all legal and statutory requirements.
- Manage the application, renewal and tracking of work permits and other government-required documentation.
- Handle accounts payables and ensure timely settlement of obligations.
- Coordinate purchasing of materials and supplies in line with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing physical and digital documents, including invoices, purchase orders, employee records and other documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to all statutory requirements.
- Accurately enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases and systems.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and regulatory authorities professionally and promptly.
- Perform general all-round administrative duties to support the smooth operations of the Suriname office.
