For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrator to support the efficient daily operations of their organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, multi-departmental environment and is capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks with precision and discretion. From maintaining accurate records and handling internal communication to assisting with finance, scheduling, and immigration-related documentation, the Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows across the company. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and the flexibility to support different teams, including management. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative or operational support roles.
  • Experience in a cross-functional or client-facing environment is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with immigration procedures and/or interaction with government agencies is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.

What will you be doing?

As an Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company by ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will maintain accurate records and organized documentation, assist in drafting reports and internal communications, and help coordinate scheduling across departments. In addition to general administrative duties, you’ll provide support to both the Immigration Services & Business Support team and the Finance/Accounts department when needed—helping with tasks like data entry, permit processing, and payment tracking. You’ll also work closely with the General Manager, assisting with scheduling, reporting, and follow-up on action items. This role requires someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, thrives on keeping things organized, and takes initiative to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
