For one of our international clients, we are seeking a service-driven professional with excellent Dutch language skills and a passion for guiding others. In this freelance role, you will combine customer support with team supervision, training, and quality assurance.

Experience in customer service, team leadership, and training
Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English for work communication
Open, empathetic communicator with strong people management skills
Technically skilled and comfortable working with digital platforms
You will deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch, supported by English, while supervising, training, and mentoring a remote team of customer service agents. Your role includes guiding new team members through onboarding, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, monitoring service quality, and maintaining compliance with client standards. You’ll also work confidently across multiple systems and tools to manage inquiries and reporting efficiently.
