You will be responsible for bookkeeping, budget management, payroll processing, and supporting internal communication and team coordination. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks within an office environment. This includes managing office organization, documentation, and internal communication.
In addition, you will handle financial management duties such as accounting, budget control, payroll administration, and the preparation of financial reports.
You will also support basic HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and leave management.
Furthermore, you will coordinate meetings, support internal communication efforts, and help maintain strong client relationships.
The role also involves organizing both internal meetings and external company events, as well as addressing and resolving administrative and HR-related issues in a practical and solution-oriented manner.
