We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office/Finance Manager to oversee office operations, financial administration, and basic HR tasks. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, budget management, payroll processing, and supporting internal communication and team coordination. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.



Requirements

  • Education: MBO level in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with basic knowledge of Human Resource Management (HRM).

  • Experience: Experience in bookkeeping, payroll administration, budget management, and preparing basic financial reports. Familiarity with maintaining personnel files.

  • Organization and Communication: Strong time and priority management skills. Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with employees and external parties.

  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), accounting software, and preferably some experience with HR software.

  • Financial Skills:
  • Able to prepare reports and manage VAT and tax declarations.

  • Confidentiality: Able to handle confidential financial and personnel information responsibly.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Analytical thinking and flexible in switching between different tasks.

What will you be doing: 

You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks within an office environment. This includes managing office organization, documentation, and internal communication.

In addition, you will handle financial management duties such as accounting, budget control, payroll administration, and the preparation of financial reports.

You will also support basic HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and leave management.

Furthermore, you will coordinate meetings, support internal communication efforts, and help maintain strong client relationships.

The role also involves organizing both internal meetings and external company events, as well as addressing and resolving administrative and HR-related issues in a practical and solution-oriented manner.
