For one of our clients we are searching for a HR Coordinator. As the HR Coordinator, you will support the human resources department by assisting with administrative tasks, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures smooth HR operations and provides excellent internal customer service to employees and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
What will you be doing: 
The role involves coordinating and supporting recruitment activities, such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. You’ll assist with onboarding new employees, maintain HR records, and help with benefits administration and employee questions. The position also ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, prepares HR documents like contracts and reports, supports training and HR events, assists with payroll and timesheet tracking, and provides general administrative support to the HR team.
