Requirements
- HBO Working and thinking level
- Preferred experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools(e.g., LinkedIn)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

What will you be doing?
As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes writing and posting job ads, proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring teams. You'll ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience, maintain accurate records in the program
