For one of our clients, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations & Events Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events while overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations or event management, preferably in a leadership role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and people management abilities
Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused attitude
What will you be doing?
As an Operations & Events Manager, you will oversee the full cycle of event planning and execution — from concept to completion.
You will coordinate logistics, manage teams, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure all operational processes run smoothly. You will also monitor budgets, create detailed event plans, and deliver experiences that exceed expectations.
