A minimum of a Higher Professional Education (HBO) level, with a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Between 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a similar position such as HR Administration, HR Project Support, or HR Coordination.
Solid working knowledge of labor law, social legislation, and HR processes in a business environment.
Proven experience with HR systems and personnel administration, with a preference for familiarity with tools such as Celery or comparable HR software.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently and accurately.
A service-oriented and discreet mindset, able to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written, is considered an asset.
