For one of our clients, we are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, and proactive Senior Human Resource Officer with a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for people. Requirements


  • A minimum of a Higher Professional Education (HBO) level, with a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

  • Between 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a similar position such as HR Administration, HR Project Support, or HR Coordination.

  • Solid working knowledge of labor law, social legislation, and HR processes in a business environment.

  • Proven experience with HR systems and personnel administration, with a preference for familiarity with tools such as Celery or comparable HR software.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • A service-oriented and discreet mindset, able to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written, is considered an asset.


What will you be doing?
As a Senior Human Resource Officer, you will play a central role in managing and improving HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. You’ll oversee personnel administration, guide performance management processes, and support recruitment and onboarding efforts. Additionally, you’ll advise management on HR-related matters, coordinate training and development initiatives, and help foster a productive and positive work environment. Your ability to communicate clearly, act with discretion, and think strategically will be key to your success.
