For one of our clients, we are looking for a Shiftleader.
As a Shift leader, you ensure that every shift runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordinating role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Hands-on mentality and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent sense of service, quality, and guest experience.
- Experience with stock management, purchasing, and cash administration is a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Stress-resistant, organized, and able to keep oversight during busy shifts.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
What will you be doing
As a Shift leader, you’ll oversee the daily operations and make sure each shift runs efficiently and professionally. You’ll lead and support the team on the floor, coordinate between service, bar, and kitchen, and ensure every guest enjoys a warm and flawless experience. You’ll handle openings, closings, stock control, and cash management, while setting the standard for teamwork, quality, and genuine hospitality.
