Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment if needed.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
- Experience with CRM systems or administrative software is a plus.
What will you be doing?
As a Back-office Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers and partners of the charging platform. You assist them with questions regarding, among other things, charging cards, user accounts, orders, and charging sessions. Thanks to your accurate follow-up and customer-friendly approach, they experience seamless service.
