Vacancy: Retail Team Leader

Location: Hermitage Mall, Paramaribo

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for retail and an eye for operational excellence? We are looking for a Retail Team Leader who will be responsible for the daily operations of the store. In this role, you will lead a motivated team, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and oversee inventory and cash handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the store team for optimal performance
• Manage inventory to ensure product availability
• Coordinate shift planning and staff scheduling
• Oversee cash register processes and step in when necessary
• Drive sales and provide excellent customer service
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
• Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with procedures

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader in retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of inventory management, sales strategies, and cash handling
• A hands-on and problem-solving mindset
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
