For one of our clients, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact within the organization. By offering a listening ear and a customer- and service-oriented attitude, you ensure the best possible service. You will handle customer inquiries that come in through various channels, such as email, phone, and chat. You will work with multiple systems, so being comfortable with computers is essential. As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience by acting quickly and providing efficient advice, ensuring that customers are helped promptly and effectively.


Requirements

  • You are customer-focused and solution-oriented
  • You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
  • You are a good listener, stress-resistant, and enjoy working independently
  • You have a passion for service and a customer-oriented mindset
  • You have 1–2 years of experience in the call center industry in Suriname
  • You are driven and customer-friendly
  • You can work well independently but are also a true team player
  • You have excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written

What will you be doing: 

As the first point of contact for our customers via email and phone, you respond to questions and resolve issues quickly and with a friendly attitude. You think in terms of solutions, not scripts, and work seamlessly with other teams to ensure customers get the help they need. You also contribute ideas on how we can further improve our service, while clearly and concisely documenting all customer interactions in our system.
