Monthly Salary: USD $1,000 Plus
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Paramaribo. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to lead a small team.Or at least familiar with Suriname and could help us to build a team soon.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support customer service team members
Handle customer inquiries and ensure high service quality
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
Maintain professional communication through email, phone, and chat
Can help to recruit a team of Customer service agent and do basic training in Dutch.
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is required
Leadership or team management experience is a plus
Good problem-solving skills and a professional work attitude
Able to work responsibly and independently
