Purpose: | The Supervisor Treasury is responsible for overseeing the financial management and integrity of the organization. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains effective internal controls, supports strategic financial planning, and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Supervisor Treasury acts as a key advisor on fiscal matters and plays a central role in safeguarding the organization’s financial stability. |
Principle Accountabilities: | Treasury Operations - Supervise daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, cash pooling, and bank account monitoring.
- Oversee processing of payments, fund transfers, and treasury transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of treasury activities in financial systems.
- Review payment batches, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
Cash Flow & Liquidity Management - Monitor and forecast short-term and long-term cash flow requirements.
- Assuring timely availability of enough local foreign currency in order to fulfill payment requirements.
- Maintain adequate liquidity to support operational and strategic needs.
Banking & Financial Institutions - Manage day-to-day interactions with banks and other financial service providers.
- Ensure bank mandates, signatory lists, and account structures are up to date.
Risk Management & Compliance - Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.
- Identify treasury-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory and reporting obligations.
Reporting & Analysis - Prepare and review treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, investment summaries, and debt schedules.
- Analyze treasury KPIs and recommend improvements for process efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury.

Qualification Requirements: | - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, with supervisory experience an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, banking instruments, and treasury systems.
- Experience with ERP systems and treasury management software (TMS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
