Developer

Requirements

• Completed MBO or HBO degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  
• Ability to translate client requirements into functional specifications
  
• Experience or affinity with document development tools (experience with Kofax CCM is a plus, but not required — training is provided)
  
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines
  
• Professional attitude and integrity; no history of misconduct or disciplinary issues
  
  

What will you do?

As a Developer, you will be responsible for building new customer communication solutions and redesigning existing models based on evolving client requirements. You will work with document design tools such as Kofax CCM and receive on-the-job training to master the necessary platforms. This position combines technical analysis, document development, and system testing, all within a supportive and agile team environment.
