We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing e-commerce fragrance brand. If you are reliable, sharp, fast, and warm in your communication, this is a significant long-term opportunity to grow with a serious team.
The Role
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries, order issues, returns, and refunds via Richpanel.
- Logistics Coordination: Track orders and communicate with our warehouse and internal team.
- Process Improvement: Follow existing SOPs while providing feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Tone of Voice: Maintain a warm, polished, and professional tone in every interaction.
Who You Are
- Native-level Dutch: Natural grammar, tone, and clarity are non-negotiable.
- Can communicate in English (for internal communication)
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in doing things properly
- Fast & Accurate: You can handle high volumes without losing quality.
- Growth-Minded: You want a long-term home, not a temporary freelance gig.
Requirements
- Native-level written Dutch & Strong English.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 50 WPM.
- Experience: Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred.
- Tech-Ready: Stable internet and a reliable workspace.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting rate $5.45-8.75/hour
- Hours: Part-time (20-30 hrs per week) or Full-time (40 hrs per week)
- Stability: Long-term role with structured training, clear SOPs, and room for advancement.
