Key Responsibilities

• Engage with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates through job advertisements, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• No prior experience in recruitment is needed; full training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to assist candidates.
• Familiarity with online recruiting tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
