Call Center Team Leader
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Call Center Team Leader to manage and support our customer service team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in driving team performance in a fast-paced call center environment.
The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising agents, monitoring KPIs, improving service quality, and ensuring daily operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the call center team
- Monitor team performance and KPI achievement
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to agents
- Ensure high-quality customer service and professionalism
- Handle escalated customer issues when necessary
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and scheduling
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new agents
- Motivate the team and maintain a positive working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a call center environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage team performance and solve problems efficiently
- Experience with KPI monitoring and reporting
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Fluent in English & Dutch
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, telesales, or BPO industry
- Multilingual communication skills
- Experience managing remote or international teams
