Food & Beverage Manager

For one of our clients we're looking for a Food & Beverage Manager. As a member of the Restaurant Management Team, you lead a team of 30 to 60 employees and coordinate daily operations. You focus on maximizing restaurant profitability while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

You’re a hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who translates company policies into practical actions on the floor, You motivate and guide your team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards.

• You are a people manager and a true team player
  
• You are willing to work in shifts
  
• You are results-oriented, numerically strong, and able to perform well under pressure
  
• You have 2–3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in the hospitality industry
  
• You have a higher vocational (HBO) or pre-university (VWO) level of thinking and working
  
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
  
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

As part of the management team, you’ll take ownership of the guest experience by ensuring smooth, high-quality operations each day. You’ll see the restaurant through the eyes of the guest, lead confidently, and handle challenges with ease.
