For one of our clients we are looking for a Hotel Manager. You will be responsible for the daily management of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest experiences, smooth operations, and achievement of financial targets, while leading and motivating all hotel departments.
Requirements
- HBO/WO level, preferably in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a hotel or resort
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Financial and organizational insight
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
What will you be doing?
As a Hotel Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, leading and motivating all departments to ensure high service and quality standards. You will manage budgets and financial targets, monitor operational performance, handle guest feedback professionally, implement improvements, and maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
