For one of our clients, we are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team, ensure top hygiene standards, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment across the hotel and casino.
Requirements
- MBO+/HBO level, preferably in Hospitality or Facility Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role (hotel or casino preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, hygiene protocols, and quality standards
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Leadership, organizational, and coaching skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
What will you be doing
As a Housekeeping Manager, you will lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all guest rooms, casino areas, and public spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will manage staff schedules, oversee inventory and supplies, coordinate with other departments, handle guest requests or complaints, and maintain efficient operations to deliver an exceptional experience for both hotel guests and casino visitors.
