For one of our clients, we are currently seeking a HR Supervisor with a forward-thinking, hands-on, and service-oriented attitude to lead the HR team and ensure colleagues can work seamlessly.
Requirements
- Minimum Bacherlor level with a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of labor law, social legislation, and HR best practices
- Experience with HR systems and personnel administration
- Proven ability to coach, guide, and motivate HR staff
What will you be doing
As an HR Supervisor, you will lead the HR team, oversee recruitment and personnel administration, ensure compliance with labor laws, support performance and appraisal processes, and drive training and development initiatives to strengthen the organization’s workforce.
