HRM & Quality officer

For one of our clients we are looking for a HRM & Quality Officer. We are looking for someone who excels in implementing personnel policies and setting up and maintaining HRM systems within the ISO framework. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards to drive organizational success.

The role involves managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding. It includes conducting performance evaluations, providing career guidance, and supporting management with HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities also cover drafting and approving contracts, managing leave requests and absenteeism, and overseeing payroll administration. Additionally, the role includes setting quality standards, guiding process owners in quality management, and delivering training. The position also requires maintaining job descriptions, handling internal communication, and managing relationships with recruitment agencies and suppliers.
