For our client, we are looking for a visionary IT professional to take on the role of IT Service Delivery Manager. In this position, you will be a key strategic partner within both the local IT Management Team (IT MT) and the broader management team. You will work closely with the IT Manager and report directly to the IT Director for the region.
In this role, you will drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery, lead successful IT projects, and contribute to the company’s digital transformation as it transitions into an AI-first organization. You will operate in a dynamic, multicultural environment where innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity are central.
In this role, you will coordinate and optimize all IT Service Delivery activities with a strong focus on availability, reliability, and customer satisfaction. You will implement and monitor ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management, while leading IT projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and tools. Utilizing ServiceNow as the central ITSM platform, you will drive efficient, customer-focused processes and act as a strategic sparring partner within the IT Management Team and local management team. You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and international counterparts, actively contribute to digital transformation and innovation, and support senior management in applying IT processes to achieve operational objectives.
