We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Production Control Planner to manage and coordinate work orders in the Subsea Services workshop. You will plan, schedule, and oversee production workflows to ensure that maintenance, modification, and repair work is completed on time, within operational requirements, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with field and workshop teams, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance to support efficient project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, workshop operations, and service order management.
- Proficiency with computer applications and planning software.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and unplanned events.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will coordinate and oversee the production workflow for the Subsea Services workshop, ensuring that all work orders are executed according to schedule and customer requirements. You will plan and prioritize tasks, assign staff in collaboration with managers, and monitor progress to avoid delays. You will prepare status and performance reports, support process compliance, and actively contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving operations. You will also maintain a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives.
