For one of our clients we're looking for a Maintenance Technician. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out general repairs and upkeep to keep the facility in excellent working condition. The role calls for a proactive, hands-on professional capable of managing a variety of maintenance tasks efficiently and with a strong focus on safety.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in general building maintenance
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to maintenance emergencies when needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
What will you be doing
As a maintenance professional, you will handle general upkeep of the facility, performing tasks such as minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. You will inspect and troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs, ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations and company standards. The role involves collaborating with other departments to address facility needs promptly and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in proper condition.
