For one of our clients, we are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee and optimize daily office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and service-oriented, with a hands-on mentality. As Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the structure and functionality of the workplace, acting as a key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and company leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative, logistical, and operational processes run smoothly, while also supporting various departments in their day-to-day needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a comparable administrative or office coordination role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with digital office management tools is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication style in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • A proactive, trustworthy, and service-oriented mindset

What will you be doing?

As Office Manager, you will coordinate administrative processes, monitor inventory and office supplies, and supervise facility-related matters. You will manage vendor relationships, support onboarding of new employees, and ensure all documentation and internal records are up to date. You will also oversee scheduling, coordinate meetings and company events, and act as the go-to person for both staff and visitors. In addition, you may assist with basic HR and financial administrative tasks, such as contract filing, timesheet tracking, and invoice processing.
