For one of our clients, we are looking for a Purchase Manager. In this role, you will lead the Purchase team to ensure product availability, supplier performance, and eliminate shortages. You will develop purchasing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain strong relationships to ensure an efficient procurement process.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in purchasing or logistics
- Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office 365)

What will you be doing?
As the Purchase Manager, you will develop purchasing strategies, process orders, maintain records, and negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers. You will build relationships with vendors, evaluate their performance based on quality, price, and timeliness, and ensure timely deliveries. You will collaborate with managers to monitor inventory needs, ensure regular stock takes, and address any quality issues. You will also stay updated on procurement trends and implement new technologies when necessary.
