We are looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee operational and project-related activities for Crew4Energy. You will ensure alignment across stakeholders, maintain project timelines, and support logistics, recruitment, compliance, and office operations, particularly in partnership with HCMS. Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a plus.
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong command of English (Dutch or Sranan Tongo is an advantage)
- 2–4 years of experience in Project Coordination or Operational Support
Preferred
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Familiarity with Surinamese regulatory frameworks
- Experience with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders
IT Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project/task management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus

What will you be doing?
You will coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely execution of deliverables. As the main point of contact between Crew4Energy and HCMS, you will support HR, legal, logistics, and office management services. This includes recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll processes, and monitoring compliance with Surinamese labor laws. You will also assist with visa, immigration, and relocation processes, manage office infrastructure, track project progress, and provide logistical support. Additionally, you will help organize events, maintain up-to-date documentation, and support internal systems for task and vendor management.
