A diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of five (5) CXC O’ Level subjects, including English, Mathematics, and Accounting.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or sales support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Fluent in Dutch; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
Willingness to work during standard business hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:30–16:00
Saturday: 08:00–12:00
Occasional flexibility for extended hours is required.

As a Customer Service Representative, your role is multi-faceted. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience from the moment a client enters the store until their needs are fully met. This includes handling inquiries, offering professional advice on products and services, managing order processes, and maintaining optimal store operations. You'll also support the sales team with promotional activities, coordinate logistics, and ensure all administrative responsibilities are executed with precision. Your energy, service orientation, and structure will be essential in helping the Store grow and maintain a high standard of customer care.
