Requirements
- HBO-level (Bachelor equivalent) working and thinking ability
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role within the contact center industry
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to meet commercial objectives
- Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills to address and prioritize diverse issues in a fast-moving contact center environment
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing productivity by monitoring the efficiency of processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance performance. A key part of your role involves sharpening and overseeing KPIs—setting clear objectives and ensuring they are consistently met or surpassed through data-driven guidance and regular refinement. You will coach and support Business Unit Managers, empowering them to lead their teams effectively and inspire excellence across the board. In addition, you will be tasked with creating an engaging and supportive work climate—one in which employees feel valued, stay motivated, and are given the space to grow professionally.
