For a client we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Team Manager Multiclient. In this role, you will lead multiple client teams, ensuring optimal performance, satisfied customers, and a motivated workforce. The ideal candidate is proactive, an excellent communicator with both clients and colleagues, and able to maintain structure and oversight in a dynamic environment. You combine strong operational focus with strategic insight and know how to inspire and guide people toward shared goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service, contact center, or multi-client environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Proven track record of working in a results-driven environment and achieving KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled in people management.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote setting if required.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will lead and coach multiple client teams, overseeing their daily operations and overall performance. You will work to optimize processes and workflows to boost efficiency and client satisfaction, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations, and fostering long-term partnerships. By analyzing KPIs and operational data, you will identify and implement improvements, ensuring quality standards are met and internal procedures are followed. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to deliver a seamless and consistent service experience.
