Project Management Planning
- Plan and acquire manpower resources required for projects and manage their allocation and utilization to meet project objectives
- Drive procurement activities and seek necessary approvals for project scope and funding
- Lead the project team, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, budget, and timeline
- Establish a project management framework in line with Quality Management System processes
- Maintain a comprehensive Project Management Plan detailing scope, objectives, risks, and communication strategies
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and financial health
Project Scope Management & Change Control
- Oversee the development of detailed project requirements and deliverables
- Implement change control procedures and manage issues related to scope creep
- Ensure changes are documented and approved before implementation
Project Time Management
- Develop a detailed project schedule and assign skilled resources
- Monitor project activities and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
- Adjust schedules as necessary to meet overall project objectives
Project Quality & Test Management
- Create a Quality Assurance framework and an overall Test Plan
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements and comply with relevant policies
- Implement a testing plan and manage the end-to-end testing process, including User Acceptance Testing
Project Risk Management
- Establish risk and issue management processes
- Identify and evaluate risks during planning, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and report progress to stakeholders
Project Stakeholder Management
- Set up a governance structure and escalation mechanism for the project
- Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders
- Implement a communication plan to align stakeholders on project objectives and manage expectations effectively
