We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for one of our clients. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient goods flow, accurate inventory management, and a safe, organized work environment. You will lead the warehouse team and report directly to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Relevant education at IMEAO level or 5 years of work experience at a comparable level
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean conduct record
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficiency with computers and experience using Microsoft Office
What will you be doing
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse activities, including supervising staff, coordinating the picking, loading, and unloading of goods, and ensuring accuracy in inventory management. This role involves inspecting shipments and returns, handling damaged or obsolete products, maintaining warehouse organization, and keeping the showroom presentable. The Warehouse Manager also reviews operational checklists, ensures compliance with company policies, approves staff leave, and reports irregularities to senior management. Additionally, they play a key role in process improvement, implementing new procedures in consultation with the Operations Manager, and ensuring stock levels are accurately tracked in the ERP (SAP) system.
