Site Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction/site operations and workforce activities
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor workmanship and enforce quality standards
- Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox meetings
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate subcontractors and resolve site issues in real time
Logistics & Materials Management
- Plan and coordinate delivery schedules for materials, equipment, and tools
- Track inventory and ensure materials are available when needed
- Arrange storage, handling, and security of materials on site
- Coordinate transport and equipment mobilization/demobilization
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams
- Minimize downtime due to shortages or delays
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage records
- Track labor hours and equipment utilization
- Report delays, incidents, or deviations to management
- Assist with cost control and waste reduction initiatives
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between site teams, suppliers, and management
- Participate in project meetings and planning sessions
- Support project scheduling and sequencing activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7 years experience in site supervision, logistics coordination, or construction operations
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety practices
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and supplier coordination
