ModSquad has teamed up with a leading global music streaming service, and we’re on the hunt for enthusiastic, people-loving Customer Support pros to join our fully remote team.
You’ll be the friendly face that helps customers navigate the beats - resolving technical glitches, answering questions, and making sure every user has a five-star listening experience. Think of yourself as a backstage hero making the show go on - only from your home office!
The gig? Supporting users via inbound messages in both Dutch and English. Multilingual magic-makers, this is your moment!
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine love for helping people.
Rock-solid communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Experience providing chat support to 3-5 customers at once.
Fluent in Dutch and English at a business/professional level.
Cool under pressure, kind under chaos, and always ready with a digital high-five.
A Few Notes About the Gig (All Times in Pacific Time):
Orientation (8 weeks, 40 hours/week):
Phase 1 (4 weeks): 4 AM - 1 PM
Phase 2 (4 weeks): Self-scheduled between 7 AM - 10 PM
Production Hours (After Orientation):
Every day, 7 AM - 10 PM
Project Commitments:
25 hours/week minimum
12 of those hours must be self-scheduled on Saturday and/or Sunday
180-day commitment (as needed)

What You'll Need (a.k.a. Your Work-From-Home Sound Check):
A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or above
A webcam and smartphone.
Willingness to install ModSquad security tools on your devices
A stable broadband internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
8 GB RAM or more
Dual monitors strongly recommended (your multitasking game will thank you)
Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
