For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Sales Representative – Energy
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and knowledge of the Dutch energy market? Do you thrive on driving results and motivating others? Then this opportunity is for you. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in acquiring new customers via phone, identifying their needs, and scheduling appointments for energy consultations. You will also support the development of the sales team by coaching colleagues and contributing to sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the energy sector
- Proven ability to identify and convert leads into appointments or sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with the Dutch energy market is a strong plus
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Leadership experience or demonstrated coaching ability is an asset
- Fluent in Dutch; English proficiency is a plus
- Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
What will you be doing?
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will take the lead in generating new business through proactive outreach. Your main focus will be on identifying potential customers (B2B and/or B2C), understanding their energy needs, and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales advisors. Using your commercial instincts and persuasive communication skills, you’ll turn cold leads into warm opportunities.
