Your new work environment 

 

As TBM Manager, you will be joining our Finance department. In the Finance department, our goal is rather straightforward: we take care of the finances for the organization and our entire family of 17 global brands. The department spans four sub-departments: Tax and Accounting; Business Planning and Performance; Investor Relations; and Treasury and Insurance. The impact on the organization is tangible: we provide insights that enable our colleagues to offer the right guidance and targets for the business, and drive innovation and change in different domains of the company. All our Finance teams are filled with smart, high-performing finance professionals who enjoy pioneering and taking ownership of their work. 

Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

  • Defines and implements the global ITFM strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including metrics for tracking success
  • Manages relationships with stakeholders at executive and strategic levels (CIO, CFO, regional VP/SVP) to ensure support for TBM (Technology Business Management) initiatives
  • Plans and secures necessary investment and operational budgets at group and regional levels to execute the TBM roadmap
  • Develops the business case for ITFM and defines metrics for measuring and reporting achieved value and savings
  • Manages the TBM office, including central and local TBM analysts, and coordinates collaboration with IT and external partners
  • Ensures functional coverage of the Apptio tool across all organizational units and leads tool update planning
  • Bridges IT and finance perspectives to enable transparent visibility of IT costs and their connection to business value
  • Independently leads complex business and IT projects related to the development and implementation of the ITFM strategy

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, FON (Faculty of Organizational Sciences), IT, and other related fields
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience with advanced knowledge of IT, business and financial processes, TBM principles and tools (Apptio) 
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • High level of proficiency in the English language
